Talk to us about a script
We answer every message ourselves. If you are deciding between scripts, tell us the audience you are drawing for and the size of your art team, and we will give you a straight answer about which ones fit and which do not.
Orders, downloads, refunds, licence questions and commissioning enquiries all come to the same address.
Response time
Within two business days, usually sooner. Refund and delivery problems are prioritised: a broken download is answered the same working day where we can.

Before you write: the four questions we get most
How do I get the file?
Instantly, on the order confirmation page and by email. Links never expire and downloads are unlimited — you can re-download from My Account at any time. Full detail: Digital Delivery Policy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you have not downloaded the file yet — within 14 days of purchase. Once a file has been downloaded the sale is final, because a digital file cannot be returned. If a file is broken, incomplete or does not match the listing, you get a full refund whether or not you downloaded it. Full detail: Refund and Returns Policy.
What exactly am I allowed to do with the script?
Adapt it, rewrite it, translate it and produce it. Market and distribute the finished production. You may not resell or redistribute the script file itself, or claim authorship of the underlying work. Full detail: Terms & Conditions.
Is this a finished script with all the dialogue?
It is a script bible plus a storyboard, and the listings say so plainly. Episodes 1–5 come with every panel broken down including the dialogue; from episode 6 you get the budget and the hook map, and your own writing team writes the rest. That is why the packages cost what they cost rather than what a commissioned screenplay costs.
Commissioning and exclusivity
All catalogue scripts are sold non-exclusively: the same package may be bought by more than one buyer. If you need an exclusive arrangement, a full assignment of rights, or a script written to your own brief, email us before ordering and we will quote separately.
